What you will do on a typical day:
- Accept inbound calls from customers
- Effectively resolve issues or concerns
- Gather information form the customer to make appropriate recommendations for new products and services
- Provide stellar customer service

The basic stuff you’ll need:
- Fluent in Dutch
- Professional working proficiency in French and English (Training and Tools are in English)
- Computer savvy
- Eligible to work in Canada
- High-school certificate or equivalent
- Available Monday to Friday from 3 am to 11 am
