The main tasks:

• Coordinate appointments with customers and handling mail.
• Contact clients as the need arises.
• Process and administer Overages, Shortages, and Damages documents.
• Write reports.
• Billing – data entry.
• Do all other duties related to the position.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic software knowledge (Windows, Excel, Truckmate, AS400).
• Strong typing skills.
• 2 years of experience in an L.T.L. trucking company, required.
• Truckmate experience an asset.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent written and spoken English.
• Have good organizational skills.
• Multitask.
• Be detail oriented.
• Be professional.

Salary: 18$ per hour

Schedule: Daytime, from 5 AM to 1:30 PM / full time

Status: Permanent
